Thanks to everyone in Kingston who voted Green in the 2025 Federal Election. Message from our candidate: Fintan Hartnett

2025
Every election is a test and unfortunately this one didn't go our way. However, we were able to offer Kingstonians the opportunity to make a choice, which is always important in a healthy democracy. No-one wants Canada to become a two-party state - choosing between the red team and the blue team. Which is why supporting the Green Party is good for Canada and Canadians. Greens still want climate action, we still want electoral reform and we still want equitable government that serves all Canadians - not just the wealthy few. Keep up your support and thanks so much for your votes.
Fintan Hartnett, GPC candidate for Kingston and the Islands, 2025.

Kingston Needs Greens!
Progressive + Want Meaningful Change = Greens
We live in a messed-up world. Democracy is under threat everywhere. There's an affordability crisis. Billionaires are paying no taxes. Rent is sky-high. Autocrats are assaulting human rights. Big oil is spending billions to buy politicians all over the globe and create disinformation campaigns about the climate crisis. Traditional parties are bought and paid for. What can we do?
Start by joining a party that is committed to people and not corporations. A party that values community over power politics. Join the Kingston Greens and help the Green Party change the world.
What We Do
We support our candidates. We support our friends. We speak-up!

GPO
Ontario Greens will fight for fairness so you can live in a province that has a future you can believe in, with a government that puts you first. You deserve a chance. We can create a better Ontario together. But it means getting to work, today. And that’s what we’re committed to do.

GPC
The Green Party of Canada fights for bold change—protecting our climate, creating good green jobs, and building a fairer future for all.
When we come together, there is nothing we can’t achieve. Get involved in your local Green association.

Kingston
The Kingston Greens consists of members, volunteers and an executive. The executive meets once a month but we encourage member participation.
Once a month we have an informal social gathering (Green Drinks) where we get to know each other and talk all things Green.

Activism
It's really important for the Kingston Greens to support our community, and when we can we aren't afraid to step-up and stand-out. The Greens are always elbows-up when it comes to defending those in need.
If you need our help, reach out.

More than just climate
We fight for affordable housing, fair taxation, better health care, disability justice, indigenous reconciliation and peace & security.
But we also want to promote a Green economy and responsible government. We might be more than you think we are! Find out.

Communicate
Apart from this website, the Kingston Greens have a presence on social media, where we share ideas and pick-up on trending Green topics.
So, if your not sure about becoming a member, volunteering or donating, then click on one of our social media buttons and find out what Greens are talking about.
